Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a highway maintenance worker to support Webber Canada projects. The role focuses on maintaining contracted assets such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, and related infrastructure to contract standards.

The job requires strong safety awareness and the ability to operate a range of hand tools and light machinery. The position offers hourly compensation in a pay range of CAD 40–42 per hour, with potential for overtime and shift variations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in construction, road maintenance, maintenance or landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice using snow removal or sanding equipment.
• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, fences, lighting, potholes and striping.
• Operate vehicles and equipment required for surface and right‑of‑way maintenance and repair.
