Job summary

Ferrovial, including Webber as a Ferrovial company, is seeking a maintenance professional to care for roads and related infrastructure. The role may involve operating equipment and performing responsive maintenance.

Competitive pay and seasonal benefits are provided, with a pay range of $24.50–$26.75 per hour based on experience. Candidate must hold a HS Diploma or GED, have a valid G license, and be willing to work overtime with possible winter/summer assignments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• One year of infra maintenance/repair experience preferred.
• Valid G driver license with clean record required.
• CDL/DOT/MTO and electrical/welding certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair roads and infrastructure per contract standards.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to ensure safe traffic flow.
• Operate large trucks and equipment; perform winter/summer operations as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and be available for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure safety and comply with company policies and procedures.
