Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Saskatoon is seeking a Customer Service/Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver high-quality customer service face-to-face and over the phone, supporting branch and rental needs. This seasonal full-time position offers a 6-month contract at $18.50 per hour at the 2130 Airport Dr Saskatoon location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Novice 2 or Class 5 Full driver's license with minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls - reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers.
• Provide a high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers; assist with rental needs and return processing.
