Enterprise Mobility in Terrace, BC is seeking a Customer Service/Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to provide high-level service to customers, both in person and by phone, supporting branch and rental needs. The role includes administrative support and acting as a rental back-up in a busy location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must have a valid British Columbia Class 7 or Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work sponsorship.
• Must be able to work the following schedule: Sunday 10:00am-7:00pm and Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00am-6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while picking up or dropping off customers safely.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• May sell protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment.
• Note vehicle problems and maintenance needs to management.
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior as needed.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks (billing, ARs, reports).
• Perform backup duties as assigned.
