Job summary

Avenir Energy Ltd. is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, social media, and chat.

You will manage accounts, ensure data accuracy, and support customers through their interactions with our products and services, while identifying revenue opportunities for inside sales. This in-office seasonal role offers standard business hours with potential evening or weekend shifts depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and listening abilities to effectively manage customer interactions.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and relevant computer applications (Office 365, ERP, CRM).
• Solid data entry and administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving capabilities and the initiative to be a self-starter.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage customer accounts by recording and maintaining accurate information.
• Respond to a high volume of inquiries across channels, aiming for high service levels.
• Obtain and evaluate information to handle inquiries, orders, and complaints with speed.
• Direct or escalate requests to the appropriate resource for prompt resolution.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through inside sales initiatives.
• Perform customer and credit verifications, including using tools like Equifax.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
