Responsibilities

• Provides efficient and safe delivery and pick‑up of packages while representing FedEx Group in a professional manner.
• Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service and completes associated paperwork.
• Plans routes and loads vehicle for efficient delivery and pick‑up of packages.
• Operates computerized tracking and dispatch systems and inputs correct information.
• Interacts with customers to answer questions about FedEx services and requirements.
