Job summary

Coast Mountain Geological Ltd. is seeking a highly organized Camp Manager for seasonal, site-based work. You will oversee camp operations, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure safety and compliance across exploration camp facilities.

Experience with heavy equipment and helicopter-supported programs is preferred. The role requires 5+ years in camp maintenance, knowledge of trades, a valid Class 5 license with PAL, and the ability to train staff and manage multiple tasks in a remote camp

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in camp maintenance or relevant field.
• Trades knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, basic mechanical.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and PAL.
• Ability to train and sign off on training records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of camps up to 50 people.
• Manage camp maintenance team and coordinate tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in camps and sites.
• Maintain inventory of camp tools and equipment.
• Provide training and mentoring to camp staff.
