• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Support alternative purchasing options and enhance product discovery through digital tools.
• Maintain store standards at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs., and work around chemicals.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
