Responsibilities :

• Motivate to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Focus on customer needs to drive business proactively.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize 'More Ways to Shop' and new technology to enhance sales.
• Represent and deliver the customer experience aligned with RL Brand standards.
• Champion RL core values and foster a collaborative environment.
• Build and maintain a client base through networking.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Support alternative purchasing methods like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home.
• Enhance product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores.
• Report category opportunities or needs to management.
• Maintain store standards at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge :

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals safely.
• Ability to operate registers and stand / move for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, possibly overnight shifts, and travel.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
