This high-volume role covers permanent bars, premium spaces and temporary setups, requiring speed, product knowledge and responsible service. You should have approximately two years of bartending experience in high-volume venues, strong cocktail knowledge, excellent guest service and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately two years of high-volume bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Comfort with POS and cash handling.
• Serving It Right certification required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Aufgaben

• Deliver fast, accurate beverage service during concerts, sporting events and other major live events at BC Place.
• Set up and operate permanent, portable and event-specific bars to established service standards.
• Prepare mixed drinks, beer, wine and other beverages with proper portion control.
• Create a positive guest experience through product knowledge and professional service.
• Follow responsible alcohol service requirements, including ID verification and refusal of service when needed.
• Maintain stock levels and communicate replenishment needs before they impact guests.
• Complete opening/closing inventory, transfers, spoilage documentation and bar reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe bar and support efficient service flow during peak periods.
• Collaborate with bar leads, runners, warehouse teams and event leadership to solve issues.
