Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak holiday periods. You will help create a welcoming experience and ensure the store is stocked and visually ready.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will deliver exceptional service, assist with inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Qualifications/Experience

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Meaningful Rewards

• CAD$17.80 - CAD$20.95/hr.
