Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will support store operations and onstage service while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store, and foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires flexibility, with scheduling 0–14 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and an emphasis on customer-first service. Pay ranges CAD$19.20–CAD$22.60 per hour, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr.
