Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments, delivering an outstanding client experience and keeping the store visually ready. This role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) with availability for nights and weekends, and a compensation range of CAD$19.20–CAD$22.60 per hour plus potential bonus opportunities and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr.
