Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak periods at the Halifax location. You’ll help create a welcoming client experience, keep shelves stocked, and contribute to a fast-paced beauty environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a strong client focus.

You may work 0–14 hours weekly with availability nights and weekends. Compensation ranges CAD 17.70–22.15 per hour, plus potential bonuses and benefits, with training

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.70 - CAD$22.15/hr.
