Job summary

Sephora Canada in Victoria, BC seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences and support store operations during peak periods. You will help keep the store stocked, assist with onstage service, and contribute to visual merchandising in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Flex scheduling allows 0-14 hours per week with availability during peak retail periods, including nights and weekends. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.


• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.


• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.


• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th


• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
