Sephora Canada in Langford, BC is hiring a Seasonal Associate for flexible, hourly hours. You will support store operations and onstage service during peak moments, ensuring a welcoming, stocked, and visually appealing store.

The role requires some retail or client-focused experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. Opportunity for bonus and benefits exists within a dynamic beauty retailer.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
