Sephora Canada is hiring Seasonal Associates to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced beauty environment at BC Millstream Village, Langford. You’ll support store operations and onstage service during peak moments, keeping the store visually ready and welcoming for every guest.

The role offers flexible hours (0–14 per week), requires reliability, basic retail experience, and strong communication. Compensation ranges CAD$19.85–$24.80 per hour, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Qualifications/Experience

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr.
