Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience and support store operations during peak periods. You will help maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this seasonal role, you’ll assist with onstage service, merchandising, and customer engagement, while upholding Sephora’s standards and policies. Availability for peak times, including nights and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork by helping promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a clean, safe, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
