Job summary

Vail Resorts in Whistler is seeking friendly, customer-focused agents to join our Product Sales team for the 2026/2027 winter season. You'll help guests purchase lift passes, lessons, childcare, and other resort services while delivering outstanding service.

Starting wage ranges from CAD 21.50 to CAD 26.88 per hour. Housing is available, and full-time hours are offered during the winter season in Whistler.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service
• Superior oral and written communication
• Advanced spreadsheet (Excel) skills
• Familiarity with Whistler and Blackcomb mountains
• Knowledge of social media channels and ability to speak to Whistler Blackcomb’s audience

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests professionally; respond to email enquiries.
• Social media monitoring and engagement on all channels.
• Manage Whistler Blackcomb’s daily weather and operational communications.
• Represent and promote Whistler Blackcomb at local tourism events.
• Build and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships.
• Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate job shares within the PSS division.
• Other duties as assigned.
