A leading conservation organization is seeking an Assistant Camp Director to manage operations at Powisset Farm. This seasonal role involves supporting camp staff, administering camp scheduling, and ensuring a positive educational experience for children. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least two seasons of experience working with children. Founded in 1891 by a group of visionary volunteers, The Trustees of Reservations (The Trustees) is the nation’s premier conservation and preservation organization. Hourly Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (rates are determined based on relevant experience)

Farmer, Forester, Chef! is a day camp located at historic Powisset Farm in Dover, MA. Powisset Farm is a 109‑acre working CSA vegetable farm with a vibrant learning garden, barnyard animals, culinary program for all ages, scenic trails, engaging education programs, and deep history that make this a special place to visit and work.

As the Assistant Camp Director, you provide leadership in all matters pertaining to the camp and serve as the acting Director as needed. Prior to camp, you will help prepare materials and spaces for staff training and the camp season and assist in leading training activities for staff. You will be proficient in environmental and farm‑based educational activities, well versed in creating a camp culture, and be knowledgeable about child development and behavior management.
This is a seasonal, nonexempt position working 35–40 hours per week and reporting directly to the Powisset Camp Director.
