Johnson Controls is seeking a Sealer/Prepper to prepare equipment for painting in a manufacturing setting. You will seal, mask, sand, and repaint surfaces, ensuring quality finishes. Strong communication and the ability to read blueprints are important, along with the physical capacity to move equipment and tools.
The role is based on-site at a Canada facility, with shift variability and overtime as required. Training and safety program adherence are essential aspects of the job.

This role may be based at our facilities in Nisku, Sherwood Park, or Edmonton. Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the work location.
Available shift options include: Rotating Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including weekends; Weekday Night Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 5:30 AM; Weekend Night Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
The primary role of the Sealer/Prepper is to prepare equipment for painting through sealing, masking, sanding and other applications.
Communication is primarily internal to the assigned work team and Team Lead/Supervisor/Senior Production Manager.
