You will operate Raymond reach, double power pallet jacks, dockstockers, and various forklifts, while using RF scanners and a warehouse management system. Regular lifting up to 50 lbs is required, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.
This role focuses on order picking and product replenishment in a busy warehouse environment using a variety of powered industrial equipment, including Raymond reach, double power pallet jacks, dockstockers, and other forklifts. You will handle inbound receiving, put-away, shipping support, and inventory tasks while regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. Handle inbound receiving, including unloading, checking, and documenting incoming shipments.
Complete put-away of inbound product into designated storage locations, following inventory and distribution procedures.
Support shipping operations by staging, organizing, and preparing outbound orders as needed.
Minimum 1 year of experience operating Raymond reach, dockstocker and double power pallet jacks (experience does not need to be recent).
Hands-on experience operating dockstockers in a warehouse environment.
Proficiency with power pallet equipment and walkie pallet jacks.
Comfort and capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs of product on a regular basis.
Experience using RF scanners for picking, receiving, and inventory tracking.
Background in warehouse operations, including order picking, receiving, shipping, and distribution.

Deep reach forklift experience is considered an advantage.
Experience with sit-down and counterbalance forklifts in a distribution or warehouse setting.
Prior exposure to inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse quality control processes.
Comfort working in a dynamic environment where processes may change and require flexibility.
Ability to work effectively in a team of warehouse staff and communicate clearly with colleagues.
Experience in cleaning, stacking, and maintaining general warehouse organization.
This opportunity offers long-term, stable employment in a busy warehouse environment with room for growth and advancement. Many leaders within the operation began in similar roles, creating clear pathways for development and promotion. You join a culture that values finding practical solutions and getting the job done, with exposure to a variety of warehouse functions that can broaden your skills and experience over time.
The role is based in a warehouse located in the southeast area of Calgary, supporting approximately 30 small clients from a main facility staffed by around 50 warehouse team members. You work on a small day-shift team from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. The environment is fast-paced and can be somewhat unstructured, with a focus on finding ways to complete tasks rather than following rigid processes. You regularly use equipment such as double power pallet jacks, dockstockers, reach forklifts, sit-down and counterbalance forklifts, RF scanners, and computers for inventory and data entry. The facility involves typical warehouse conditions, including regular heavy lifting, stacking, and cleaning, and requires appropriate warehouse attire and safety gear suitable for operating material-handling equipment and working around active distribution operations.
