Aerotek is seeking a Material Handler for a Milton, ON warehouse. The role involves picking/packing orders, operating counterbalance and reach forklifts, and preparing pallets for outbound shipments. You’ll use RF scanners to track inventory and support shipping/receiving daily in a busy team setting.

The position is full-time and onsite, with a Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule. Pay ranges $22–$23/hour, with weekly pay and benefits in a contract-to-hire arrangement.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in warehousing or a similar material handling role.
• Hands-on forklift experience with counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Proficiency in picking, packing, loading, and general shipping and receiving activities.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory handling.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
