Job summary

Nokia is seeking an experienced software engineer to help build next‑generation SDKs for DSP ASICs and optical networking solutions. You will develop high-performance C/C++ software on Linux and work closely with ASIC, firmware, hardware design, and architecture teams across the full product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes solving complex hardware–software integration challenges, performance optimization, and contributing to SDK APIs and automation to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software development experience with C/C++.
• Strong debugging skills in Linux environments.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems and embedded software.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with DSP, ASICs or telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Build SDK software powering DSP ASICs and optical networking solutions.
• Develop high-performance C/C++ software on Linux for networking products.
• Collaborate with ASIC, firmware, hardware design and architecture teams across the lifecycle.
