Job summary

The contract is six months with potential to extend or convert. You will work hybrid from Toronto with core business hours and must bring 5–7 years of Scrum experience, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and a CS degree.

Robertson is seeking a skilled Scrum Master III form to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a very strong Scrum Master with proven experience and background in the industry
• The candidate must have exceptional leadership skills to influence and lead the delivery of risk related products using our Agile framework
• Looking for a go-getter, quick learner individual who can quickly onboard and support our Data business department effectively

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Computer science degree required
• 5-7 years of Scrum Knowledge (Technology focus) required
• Agile Scale knowledge, will lead PI Planning sessions and other ceremonies
• JIRA / CONFLUENCE (needs to be strong, this is the main tools used - 95% of the time)
• Kanban - Proficient in switching from Scrum to Kanban as needed.
• Leading a team / Pod (strong leadership skills, preferable if they were a people manager before)
• DaaS/Data knowledge
• Data Consumption knowledge
• Rahona - Migration to Cloud experiences
• Data lake
• Data ingestion
• Coding capacity
