Job summary

BeachHead is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead data/ cloud migration initiatives for a top financial client in Canada. You will guide Agile teams, facilitate PI planning, and ensure disciplined delivery within an Agile framework.

You bring 5–7 years of experience, a Computer Science degree, and strong Jira/Confluence skills. The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement, risk management, and aligning stakeholders to timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of professional experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Strong Scrum knowledge with a technology-focused delivery background
• Practical experience with Agile@Scale, including leading PI Planning sessions and related ceremonies
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in Kanban and the ability to transition between Scrum and Kanban as required

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams and delivery pods through effective Agile practices and ceremonies

• Guide teams through sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Apply Scrum or Kanban practices based on delivery needs

• Monitor work item cycle time and use delivery insights to support team performance

Are you an experienced Scrum Master ready to lead high-impact data platform initiatives?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Scrum Master-Data/Cloud Migration to support the maintenance and enhancement of a data platform within a collaborative delivery team. The successful candidate will bring strong Agile leadership, facilitate risk-related product delivery, and help teams establish effective ways of working.

Pay rate range(CAD): $65.22/hr – $78.26/hr

Responsibilities
