Description du poste

The team supporting patrimonial systems for the Ontario brokerage sector will soon change direction. They will collaborate more closely with another existing team to unify their expertise and skills. Currently, the team is managed by a shared Scrum Master; we now seek to recruit a dedicated Scrum Master to better support this transition.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team is aligned on the right work, consistent with business priorities and management objectives;
• Work closely with the Deputy Director (DD) to ensure a smooth transition to the new direction;
• Contribute to proactive team mobilization, considering team dynamics and ongoing organizational changes;
• Support the team in adopting and continuously improving agile practices;
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and team workshops;
• Support various stakeholders within the business sector;
• Identify obstacles, promote collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery flow;
• Keep performance and budget indicators (JP) up to date;
• Be autonomous in diagnostics and recommendations development.

Qualifications

• Autonomous, resourceful, and quick to integrate into an organizational transition context;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master;
• Excellent ability to operate in a complex technological environment;
• Strong understanding of support and development activities in Agile mode (Scrum Master certification required);
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Experience in transformation or team reorganization contexts;
• Fluent in French and English, capable of effective collaboration with English-speaking partners;
• Proficiency in JIRA;
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder environments and understand IT issues to support the Deputy Director and stakeholders.
