Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Processes : Guide and coach 2 to 3 Scrum teams in the effective application of Scrum practices and principles.
• Maintain Stability : Ensure the teams are stable and productive by removing impediments and fostering a positive working environment.
• Visibility on Deliverables : Provide transparency on the progress and status of deliverables through regular updates, reports, and meetings.
• Facilitate Releases : Coordinate and facilitate the release planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Continuous Improvement : Promote continuous improvement within the teams by encouraging reflection and adaptation of processes.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the Scrum teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.

Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with multiple teams.
• Certification : Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Skills : Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication and facilitation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
