Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to lead Agile ceremonies, drive OKRs, and align business priorities with team commitments. You will manage dependencies, deployment plans, and cross-team coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in Scrum/Agile PM, SDLC expertise, and Azure DevOps/Planview knowledge. Bilingual English/French and security clearances are assets for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years experience as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• 2+ years experience on digital transformation or digitization projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps, Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, DASSM are assets.
• Experience in finance, insurance, or products/services is an asset.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Planview is an asset.
• Project management experience is an asset.
• Fluency in both official languages of Canada (English and French) is an asset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; citizens and permanent residents preferred.
• Must meet government security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in team effectiveness, deployment methods, and operational processes.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
• Clarify team objectives and interdependencies and empower teams to achieve expected outcomes.
