Technical Program Manager (Scrum Master) | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid – Dublin

I’m currently hiring on behalf of a leading global tech company for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support Agile delivery across multiple teams. This is a Scrum Master-focused role requiring strong Agile knowledge and experience working within SAFe environments.

This role plays a key part in ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, Agile-driven teams.

• Lead daily Scrum ceremonies : stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Take ownership of Program Increment (PI) planning , including preparation, facilitation, and delivery.
• Present PI reports and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Champion Agile best practices , including implementation and monitoring of SAFe frameworks.
• Drive team performance, remove blockers, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery success.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experienced Scrum Master or Technical Program Manager with solid Agile delivery expertise.
• Practical experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementations.
• Skilled at facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional delivery plans.
• Strong communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards.
• Hybrid in Dublin – 2–3 days onsite per week.

12-month initial contract with strong potential for extension.
