Job summary

BioRender is seeking a Customer Education Manager to own and optimize customer-facing documentation and learning resources. You will oversee the Help Center, develop guides, and create videos to help users adopt BioRender features.

This role partners with Product, Marketing, and GTM to ensure content stays aligned with roadmaps and launches. Ideal candidates have a life sciences background and strong writing/editing skills, plus experience in instructional design and building learning paths.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical writing, customer education, or related SaaS content roles.
• Proven experience owning a help center or knowledge base and content strategy.
• Background in life sciences, biology, or a scientific discipline.
• Experience using BioRender system.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to explain complex product functionality clearly.
• Experience creating customer guides and instructional videos.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams.
• Data-driven mindset: track search terms, article performance, and course completion.

Responsibilities

• Own BioRender Help Center structure, content quality, accuracy, and UX.
• Maintain localization to make content accessible worldwide.
• Produce guides, how-to content, and videos with other Customer Education Managers.
• Develop onboarding resources and usage scenarios across users.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Support to turn recurring questions into content.
• Track learner engagement and iterate based on results.
