Job summary

BioRender is seeking a Customer Education Manager to own customer-facing documentation and develop learning resources that help researchers maximize the BioRender product. You will lead knowledge‑base strategy, create guides and videos, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTM to drive adoption.

The role emphasizes a remote-first culture across Canada and the U.S., with a focus on measurable learner outcomes and content governance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical writing, customer education, instructional design, or content roles at a SaaS company
• Proven experience owning a help center or knowledge base, with content strategy and maintenance
• Background in life sciences, biology, or a scientific discipline, or familiarity with how scientists work and communicate
• Experience using the BioRender system
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with ability to explain complex product functionality clearly
• Experience creating customer guides and instructional videos
• Ability to work cross-functionally to align on a fast-moving product roadmap
• Data-driven mindset: track search terms, article performance, course completion, and tie content to outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own BioRender’s Help Center: structure, quality, accuracy, and user experience
• Keep documentation current with product evolution and create new articles
• Improve discoverability using data and feedback
• Maintain content standards, templates, and style guides
• Support localization to reach users worldwide
• Create customer guides, how-to content, and videos in collaboration with other managers
• Develop onboarding and feature adoption resources
• Collaborate with CSMs and Support to convert recurring questions into reusable content
• Track learner engagement and outcomes and iterate accordingly
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and GTM for aligned launches and messaging
