Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a School Nurse to join our team in the Greater Hamilton Area. You will deliver personalized care in clients’ homes and community settings with autonomy and support from Bayshore’s training programs.
You will educate families, coordinate care, and document care plans while maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice. Travel to schools and community sites is required.

Location: Schools and community in the Greater Hamilton Area.
Travel to schools and community is required.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 4-8 hour shifts
As a School Nurse, you’ll play a hands‑on role delivering personalized high‑quality care to your clients in their community. As a primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs. You will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of clients and family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice. You are the nursing care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be focused more on care time and less travel time.
