Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Visiting Nurse to join our home care team in the Greater Hamilton area. You will deliver personalized nursing care in clients' homes, develop care plans, and collaborate with the care team to meet patient goals.
Shifts are Monday to Friday with alternating weekends; times vary from early morning to evening, and driving within the community is required. You will benefit from comprehensive training, mentorship, and supportive management.

Shift times vary: 7:00am - 3:00pm; 8:00am - 4:00pm; 8:30am - 4:30pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm as assigned

As a Visiting Nurse, you’ll play a hands-on role delivering personalized high-quality care to your clients in their community. As a primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.
You will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of clients and family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.
You Are The Nursing Care Expert For Your Community. With Our Efficient Work Schedules, You Will Be Focused More On Care Time And Less Travel Time. Common Tasks Can Include, But Are Not Limited To
