Job summary

The Morrin School, part of Prairie Land Public School Division, is seeking a casual custodian to join our team. You will clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways and facilities, adhering to Alberta Health Services guidelines while working independently and reliably.

Responsibilities include on-call backup cleaning, coverage of split shifts when required, and training on equipment and chemical safety. PPE is provided; placement on the salary grid depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Able to clean and sanitize according to health guidelines.
• Willing to perform routine physical tasks for extended periods.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize school facilities according to Alberta Health Services guidelines.
• Provide backup cleaning on-call and cover split shifts as needed.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and follow safety procedures.
