Responsibilities

The school community of the Ecole Notre-Dame-des-Vertus school, in Zenon Park, is looking for a candidate who is able and ready to take on the part-time work of 50% janitorial and maintenance of the school. Reporting to the Chief Custodian, the Caretaker is responsible for cleaning the school and interior and exterior maintenance, as well as providing support to school staff. To this end, this person must have a good knowledge of the maintenance and cleaning of buildings. The Caretaker performs tasks such as:

• Floor maintenance
• Sanitary maintenance
• Cleaning of dining rooms
• Disinfecting surfaces
• Snow removal of access sidewalks as needed
