School-Based ABA Behavior Analyst

Job summary

Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) invites applications for a Behaviour Analyst to support students with ASD using ABA methods across our schools in the GTA. This 100% contract position runs from immediately until July 6, 2027, with a salary range noted in the posting.

The candidate must be a Registered BA with Ontario eligibility (BCBA if possible), hold a Master’s in education/psychology/behavioral analysis, and have at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Behaviour Analyst with College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario or eligible for registration.
• BCBA certification or BACB Verified Course Sequence and supervised experience hours.
• Currently enrolled in BACB VCS and collecting supervised hours.
• Master's degree in education, psychology, behavioural analysis or related discipline.
• Minimum two years' experience supporting students with ASD using ABA methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide job-embedded professional development for school staff on ABA strategies.
• Support ABA training modules and PLC for school staff.
• Provide school-based behavioural consultation and assessment for students with ASD.
• Work with staff to build ABA capacity and understanding of Policy/Program Memorandum (PPM) No. 140.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
