Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking enthusiastic ABA Instructor Therapists to provide one-on-one therapy in home and school settings across Scarborough, Markham, and Pickering under BCBA/RBA supervision. This part-time, in-person role is based in Ontario and supports children and youth with ASD.

This position offers flexible weekday and optional weekend sessions with compensation per session. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a relevant educational background, and a valid Ontario

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA therapy experience.
• Educational and/or clinical background in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Child & Youth Care, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children and youth with ASD and developmental challenges
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining open to feedback and supervision
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and reliable access to a vehicle
• Permanent Resident or legally eligible to work in Ontario

About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting

children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental challenges

while working under the guidance of experienced BCBAs and RBAs.

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA/RBA supervision

Compensation

Starting Rate:

$90.00 per therapy session (3-hour minimum during regular business hours)

$60 per therapy session (2-hour minimum after school hours)

Work Schedule

Weekday session shifts: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Minimum 2-hour sessions

Optional:

Weekend session shifts: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Minimum 3-hour sessions
