ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a School Nurse/Community Visiting Nurse to care for patients in school and home settings, focusing on pediatric patients with varying needs. You will participate in community visits for patients of all ages, helping them stay comfortable at home.

Job Description In this role as a School Nurse/Community Visiting Nurse you will care for patients in both school and home settings. You will work with patients within pediatric ages with differing complexity of care needs. During community visits you will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
Hours of Work: School hours on weekdays during the school year. Every other weekend coverage required. During March Break, Christmas Break, PA Days and all other school breaks you will be scheduled for home visits as a Community Visiting Nurse.
