Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for community nursing with scheduled visits to patients in homes and various settings. You will support patients of all ages with varying care needs and promote comfort and independence at home.

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

What You’ll Do
  • Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs
  • Executing and continuously monitor care plans
  • Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust
  • Maintaining and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans
What You Bring
  • Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
