Job Description *$1,000 Signing Bonus* This vacancy is located in Fort Frances, Ontario. In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

What you'll do:
  • Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients' individualized needs
  • Executing and continuously monitor care plans
  • Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust

What you bring:

Time Type Full time Compensation Details $32.66 - $37.39
