Job summary

Matchbox Consulting Group is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support one of the largest healthcare projects underway in Alberta. This high-impact leadership role develops, manages, and optimizes project schedules throughout the construction lifecycle, collaborating with project leadership, operations teams, consultants, and stakeholders to drive performance and meet milestones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects ($150M+ preferred).
• Background in commercial, institutional, healthcare, or major infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, critical path activities, and schedule risks.
• Lead schedule updates, forecasting, and recovery planning.
• Support pre-construction planning and project execution teams.
• Conduct schedule analysis, reporting, and time impact assessments.
• Mentor and support scheduling team members.
