Job summary

Mettler Toledo is seeking a Scheduling Analyst - Dispatcher in Mississauga to optimize daily schedules for Field Service Technicians, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficient operations.

You will coordinate technician routing, monitor assignments, and communicate schedule changes to customers, while supporting service order closure and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferably in business or communications with a minimum of two years of planning and/or scheduling experience in a service, logistics, or manufacturing organization; or a minimum of five years of same experience.
• Experience in a field service or small business environment or similar industry experience a plus.
• SAP knowledge and experience working in the business system.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route Field Service Technicians based on customer priorities, workload demands, and material availability to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust technician assignments to accommodate dynamic service requests and changing priorities.
• Contact customers to coordinate planned maintenance visits and communicate schedule changes professionally and promptly.
• Partner with Field Service Technicians to ensure they have all necessary information to fulfill customer requests.
• Support service order closure by confirming documentation accuracy and completion.
• Continuously evaluate scheduling processes to improve productivity, minimize downtime, and enhance technician utilization.
