Monarch House Scheduler role supports clinical operations by coordinating client schedules, ensuring accurate bookings, and maintaining effective communication between families and clinicians. The position offers a 0.5 schedule with a hybrid mix of remote and in-office work in Calgary.
You will handle inquiries, organize files, and assist with materials while upholding a family-centered approach. Required qualifications include a Diploma or Certificate in Business/Medical Administration and at
TheSchedulerwill ensure a positive first impression of Monarch House for internal (employees, contractors) and external (public, vendors, funders) stakeholders. The Scheduler will also play a key role in supporting clinical operations by coordinating client schedules, ensuring accurate booking within authorizations, and maintaining efficient communication between families and clinicians.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM - 2PM MT
