Job summary

Houle Electric Canada in Burnaby is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the Operations Division. You will develop, maintain, and optimize construction schedules across all phases from pre-construction to project completion, collaborating with project teams and clients to ensure accurate planning, tracking, and reporting of resources and progress.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in electrical, healthcare or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent years of experience as an electrical Project Manager or Field Supervisor
• Working knowledge of electrical terminology, systems, components and equipment
• Knowledge of electrical construction workflows and installation sequences
• Proficiency in scheduling software (experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud is an asset)
• Familiarity with Procore and PowerBI is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to change and support continuous improvement

Responsibilities

About this role

We are recruiting for Project Schedulers to join the Operations Division at our Burnaby head office.

The Project Scheduler plays a key role in supporting project delivery by developing, maintaining, and optimizing construction schedules across all phases—from pre-construction to project completion.
