Job summary

Triple M Metal LP is seeking a Scale Operator Administrator to manage the truck weighing process, record weights in Meyer inventory system, and provide general administrative support to ensure accurate inventory and contracts. Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years in a similar role preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of work experience performing general administrative duties
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Operates weigh scale and accurately records weights into Meyer inventory management system in accordance with operational policies and procedures
• Conducts surveillance of yard operations from scale houses in accordance with established guidelines and reports all issues arising from unauthorized personnel on or around the property.
• Provides exceptional customer service to members of the public, company drivers and/or third-party brokers in accordance with prescribed policies, procedures and company values
• May be required to provide railcar administration in accordance with prescribed procedures
• Provide administrative support to other parts of the warehouse
