Job summary

Conuma Resources is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our mining operations in Northeastern British Columbia. You will erect and maintain scaffolding and access structures to support maintenance, repairs, shutdowns and capital projects on a 7-on/7-off rotation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of scaffolding experience, safety training, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a mining environment. Training and orientation are required, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Recognized scaffolder training, apprenticeship, certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant scaffolding experience preferred.
  • Working at Heights and fall protection training required.
  • Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 7x7 rotation.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Mine-site orientation, safety training and competency assessments required.
  • Pre-employment testing required.

Mining Scaffolders - 7/7 - Transportation Provided - Up to $55.26/hr - Tumbler Ridge, BC

Conuma Resources is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join their team at their mining operations in Northeastern British Columbia. Scaffolders will play a key role in supporting maintenance, repairs, shutdowns, and capital projects by erecting and maintaining scaffolding and access structures. This is a full-time, permanent position on a 7-days on, 7-days off rotation, ideal for candidates with a strong safety mindset and experience in industrial or mining environments.
