Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a deep background in automation, engineering, and SCADA/Ignition systems. With a strong project pipeline ahead, this full-time remote role is critical for leading the delivery of industrial automation and controls initiatives across various sectors.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical project management, especially in automation, controls, or industrial software environments.
Hands-on expertise with SCADA, Ignition, controls engineering, and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
Strong technical foundation-ideally someone who has "done the work" in SCADA/controls/MES roles before moving into project management.
Exceptional communication, team leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams and drive accountability across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate automation and controls projects from planning through to completion.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, design, and execution.
Provide technical input and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, particularly around SCADA/Ignition systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
Troubleshoot issues proactively and maintain momentum across all project phases.
