Job summary

A leading satellite installation company is seeking a Satellite Installer to provide excellent customer service while installing satellite internet systems. Ideal candidates should have a strong telecom background, experience with fiber splicing, and be skilled in using hand tools. This is a 1099 contract role where you keep 100% of your earnings. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth are available.

Location: Nationwide - Work anywhere in the USA

What You’ll Do:

• Install satellite internet systems at customer locations
• ️ Mount satellite dishes on roofs or other suitable spots
• Run cables and connect equipment for perfect signal reception
• Configure and program satellite receivers
• ️ Test and troubleshoot to ensure everything’s working smoothly
• Provide top-notch customer service and answer questions
• Educate customers on using their new satellite systems

What You Need:

• Strong knowledge of telecom systems and equipment
• Experience with fiber splicing and low voltage cabling
• ️ Skilled with hand tools and network installation (Cisco routers a plus!)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• ️ Great communication abilities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• ️ Previous experience as a service technician is a bonus
