You will work closely with the Saskatchewan Sales Manager to maintain pricing discipline, support realtors, and ensure brand consistency across all executions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional marketing initiatives with a sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Saskatchewan marketing plan, budget, and calendar
• Localize national realtor toolkit for Saskatchewan communities
• Deliver realtor training content and showhome materials
• Coordinate photography, videography, and digital merchandising
• Monitor marketing performance and optimize spend and messaging
